Overview

Gateway Civil Ltd arose from a background in farm fencing and orchard construction in the Bay of Plenty in the mid 90's, but quickly grew to provide a quality service to the major civil contractors charged to cope with the region's burgeoning infrastructure needs. Specialising in large and sometimes tricky retaining projects, our scope of work also included council reserve projects (including extensive timber bridges and boardwalks), marine structure upgrades, commercial stock yards and residential fencing to name but a few.
After a hiatus of five years between 2015 and 2020 Gateway Civil Ltd is now located in Palmerston North and now providing the same quality of service to the Manawatu region. We are currently working closely with the FH/HEB Alliance to construct mechanically stabilised earth walls to bridge abutments on the new Te Ahu a Turanga Highway, as well as provide our same quality workmanship and service to the local residential, rural and construction sector.
